Eastbourne’s Sovereign Harbour continues to gain popularity for holidaymakers as not only does it offer peaceful sea views and direct beach access, but it’s also home to ‘The Waterfront‘.
The Waterfront is just a short walk from the property and has much to offer. With its many delicious restaurants and cafes set upon the banks of the marina, you can sip on a hot coffee or indulge yourself in fine foods and wine as you watch the boats sail by. As well as eateries there is Boots chemist, large Asda superstore, a gym and a handful of shops including Next, Sports Direct and TKMaxx.

The Small Print
This property does not accept children below 16 nor pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a week-long minimum stay in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
