Perfect family accommodation or idea for friends in need of an escape, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies facing west and south, for tantilising views either towards Bexhill and Hastings or out into the blue English Channel.

Set on the raised ground floor, you’ll find a modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean holiday let that will allow you to kick-back and relax.
The open plan lounge-kitchen-diner provides a light and airy feel, with dining table for four and a sumptuous corner suite next to patio doors leading to the south-facing balcony, for fabulous afternoons in the sunshine.
The kitchen is well equipped with high quality fittings, with granite worktop and AEG washing machine and oven and has patio doors leading to a balcony looking east, capturing the beautiful sunrises.
The spotless, modern ensuite bathroom has a separate shower cubicle with multi-jets for a refreshing start to the day, whilst the family bathroom has an indulgent jacuzzi bath.
The cafes, restaurants and cinema in Sovereign Harbour are an easy five-minute stroll away, and should you fancy heading further afield the culture and shopping in Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade or a quick 10 minute drive.
Many historic sites are within easy reach such as Pevensey Castle and Battle (marking some of the most defining moments in English history), whilst Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park are must-sees in the opposite direction.
All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays of more than a week. Free Wifi is provided and there is also an allocated underground parking space.

Brew some coffee and take in the views! I know that the apartment is called ‘Beachfront’ but my experience tells me not to expect too much from titles...so it was amazing to head into the apartment and look out from the two balconies, which are practically ON the beach! Joyous. Views all along the coast to Hastings and the other way towards Eastbourne and Beachy Head. Modern inside, nicely set up with a HUGE tv and handy to have a bathroom each, so no complaints in the mornings.
WOW - What a perfect place to enjoy two weeks holiday. Apartment was spotless, lovely towels and bedding and was ideally situated for the delights of Sovereign Harbour and Eastbourne and surrounding resorts. Sadly our car was too large to utilise the allocated car parking but we never found street parking an issue. If I were to be critical about anything it would be the bed in the main en-suite bedroom - very nice and modern but only inches from the floor. The only way in was to fall in ! and getting out was another matter ! - not good for someone with arthritic knees. The weather was perfect throughout our stay - some days far too hot ! The Staff at Exclusively Eastbourne were absolutely first rate. From the initial booking to showing us round on arrival was excellent customer service - Thank You. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and should we come back to Eastbourne we would stay here again.
Views to die for! We've been coming to Sovereign Harbour for the last 4 years, staying at various apartments along the beachfront. This was our first booking with Exclusively Eastbourne, and we have already booked with them for next year to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The apartment was amazingly clean. I am very picky, and this was the first time that I've found nothing that had been missed. The attraction was 2 balconies, although to be honest, there was little sun on the side balcony due to the way it was facing, but it may be better earlier in the year. The 'front' balcony was perfect, and we spent many hours watching the sea, the boats and generally people watching. We were blessed with a fantastic 2 weeks of glorious weather, only our last day was raining. We both needed time to unwind from very demanding jobs, and it was the perfect place to relax.
This property does not accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.
There is a two week-long minimum stay running from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
