Beach Chic occupies a prime spot directly overlooking the beach in Sovereign Harbour, East Sussex’s take on the French Riviera, with wonderful views out over the beach and sea from the lounge, kitchen and large balcony, from where you will inevitably spend many an hour watching the boats pass by.
The immaculate holiday apartment is unusually large for a two-bedroom property locally, with both bedrooms ensuite, plus an extra toilet off the hallway for visitors. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed and bath with shower over, while the second bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room.
The second floor setting provides great views, but the good news is that there is a lift to take the strain after a busy day walking along the prom and beach to the harbour’s Waterfront complex and beyond into Eastbourne, or perhaps east along to Pevensey Bay.
The furnishings and decor are modern and tasteful and help create a fresh atmosphere to enhance the uplifting experience for your precious time away.
The spacious lounge has a sumptuous, L-shaped black leather sofa and chairs to further enhance the relaxation vibes from which you can watch the widescreen TV or gaze outward to sea.
The kitchen-diner is very well equipped with washer-dryer, oven, dishwasher and Tassimo coffee machine (just bring pods) and has a dining table for four next to patio doors opening on to the balcony.

The cafes, restaurants and cinema in Sovereign Harbour are an easy stroll away, and should you fancy heading further afield the culture and shopping in central Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade or a quick 10 minute drive.
All linen and towels are provided, with additional linen supplied for stays of more than a week. Free WiFi is provided and there is also an allocated underground parking space and visitor spaces available. Please note that trade vehicles are not permitted to park – domestic cars only.
If you can prise yourself away from the balcony you should head to the South Downs National Park and take in the many historic sites are within very easy reach such as Pevensey Castle and Battle (after all, William the Conqueror landed at Pevensey Bay about a mile away to change the course of English history in 1066).

Just splendid! The beach chic apartment is a perfect place for a family of four, but can accommodate even more people. It has nothing to do with typical English cramped apartments. The flat is roomy, nicely decorated and very clean. There is a master bedroom for parents and another bedroom for kids, spacious living room with comfortable sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils if you prefer to cook at home. The best of all is cosy balcony with two chairs and a table, where you can sit back and relax sunbathing and watching the sea tides. The neighbourhood is quiet. The location is good for active people. You can stroll, run or cycle to the town centre or just around the Sovereign harbour, which is splendid. I would recommend the Beach chic apartment to everyone who prefer peace and quiet during their holidays.
Can't imagine anywhere more perfect! My husband and I booked the Beach Chic flat for two months since he was having hip surgery and needed a place to recuperate. We originally selected it because of the accessibility (no stairs, all on one level, within easy reach of shops) and ended up loving it so much we didn't want to leave. Not only was it perfect for my husband since there was underground parking and a lift directly to the flat, it was also a wonderful spot to spend time and enjoy our surroundings (even during late winter,when we were here). The rooms are very large and nicely decorated, the kitchen very well equipped, the bathrooms filled with toiletries and amenities and the large flat screen tv (and adjacent reclining armchairs) provided everything we needed for entertainment and comfort. The beds are some of the comfiest I've ever had the pleasure to sleep in, and there is so much cupboard and drawer space that we would never be able to fill it. Best of all, of course, was the view. Sweeping vistas over the sea from the living room and kitchen where we watched crashing waves during storms, observed tranquil seas during lowtides and gazed at full moons reflected in moonlit waters. No matter what the weather, the sights and sounds were mesmerizing. Outside the building, there is a long walkway that takes you into Sovereign Harbour, across little bridges and along pathways to a shopping centre and several restaurants (all within four minutes drive when we didn't care to walk). From our first contact with Sarah and Carl, we were hooked. Their professionalism, warmth and consideration went above and beyond, they empathised with our situation and did all they could to make this an exceptional experience. When we come back to Eastbourne and need a place to stay, we won't hesitate for a moment in picking up the phone to call them again.
We wanted an apartment with sea views and nearby facilities. In Beach Chic we found it all! A path, the beach then the sea. What more could any one need? There were pubs, restaurants, shops and cinema all an easy walk away. The apartment has two large en suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. The living room is very spacious and the dining kitchen is large and well stocked with equipment. Our aim was to use Beach Chic as a base to visit East Sussex, where my wife spent the first eighteen years of her life. The apartment is well situated for the coastal resorts, Eastbourne, Brighton, Bexhill and Hastings as well as inland towns such as Lewes, Crowbourgh and Battle. We have an excellent holiday and will return to Beach Chic on our next visit. The staff at Exclusively Eastbourne were most helpful, they even changed our letting to Sunday to Sunday as we could not travel on Saturday.
A grand week. We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Beach Chic apartment. It was more than we could have wished for, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and in a great location.
Well appointed, sea view flat. Spacious, well appointed flat with great uninterrupted views of the sea. If you are looking for quiet and peaceful beaches with just the fishermen and dog walkers, this is perfect - which it was for us. Exclusively Eastbourne staff were a pleasure as always.
Highly recommended. My husband and I have just spent the most fabulous 10 days at Beach Chic. The location is overlooking the sea and come rain or shine the view magnificent. The apartment is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. It has all the modern facilities needed to be a home away from home with the added benefit of being by the sea. The service from the management was faultless and I have since recommended this website to family and friends.
Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Atemberaubend ist der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Nach einem kurzen Weg um das Haus ist man am Meer. Eastbourne, Brighton, sind ebenso leicht erreichbar wie auch Beachy Head und Birling Gap mit den Seven Sisters. Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten mal hier.

There is a week-long minimum stay and bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in peak season, although flexible arrival days may be possible out of season.
Costs include the weekly rent, a £30 booking fee and a returnable £200 security deposit. To book requires an immediate, non-refundable deposit of £200 per week booked (booking fee and a portion of the rent) and then the balance, including the security deposit, is due by no later than six weeks before your arrival. For stays of three weeks or more, you may be asked to pay a higher security deposit and/or booking deposit.
The checkout time is 10am on the day of departure – a fine may be applied if you do not leave on time. Please leave the property in good order – dispose of rubbish in external bins and wash up any pots/dishes or place in the dishwasher and switch on before you leave. If the accommodation is left in an unreasonable state, requiring deep cleaning, the cost for this will be deducted from your security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned to you within 1-2 weeks of your departure, minus any deduction for damage, loss or excessive cleaning required.
The property can only be used for the maximum number shown on the booking correspondence. It must not be used for improper, illegal or immoral purposes. Guests must not sub-let the property and must not change, add, move or remove any items of furniture, furnishings or structures inside or outside. Guests must not cause (nor allow any visitors to cause) any nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, the property owner or the property owner’s agent.
